hi i never had a boyfriend or date during my school years . i am 24 years old and a virgin . i thought it would be nice to try going to bars or clubs . a friend of mine who i work with says on line dating is better , of course she didn't tell me which one was better . also she said if you go to a bar the only ones who will ask you out are drunks and if you go to a club and meet some one they only want one night stands . i know i am not hideous but no super model i figure it should be good . Anyway should i post my profile on more than one dating site or is that greedy? Also should I say i am a virgin and have never had a boyfriend or date before ? Advice please , thank you. Also me being a virgin has to do with spiritual and no so much religious .

Be careful online! Ive done match.com and eharmony. Match you can wink and email people, where are eharmony sees if you are compatible by likes/dislikes etc...and then you ask eachother ?s which is neat. I met two people from match.com and they both turned out to be wierd and I actually invited one over to meet me at my house- which you should NEVER DO until you knwo the person isnt a wierdo...and by that I mean you hang out with them many times first.

Never tell anyone u meet online where u live exactly or work exactly, nothing exact- u dont really knwo who they are. Also when u do go out for the first time make it a public place so you are in PUBLIC. also, tell someone where u ar egoing and who it is with in case something happens. I knwo it sounds scary but its precautions you should take just in case. I had trouble meeting decent people in my area, but maybe you will have better luck.

Match.com is a good site, I met my boyfriend of 2 years on there. Go for it, I think online is a bit better than bars. But that's just one person's opinion.
